How To Make Sage Tea For A Sore Throat
Unless we act quickly to cure a sore throat our tonsils can swell up making them much bigger, along with all the bother this will cause us they may even, occasionally, become infected. To start to relieve a sore throat with sage, you should get a pint of water and pour it in a saucepan.
Next, boil the water in a saucepan or boiler.
Once the water is boiling, add 30g of sage and mix it for 30 seconds to make your sage tea.
Then add 25g of Cayenne pepper and mix together for 30 seconds. This spice is good for a sore throat, as it is a powerful anti-irritant that works well with coughs and stomach aches too.
After this time, you need to remove the saucepan from heat and let stand for 1 minute.
Once the sage tea is done, you should gargle this sage twa. Remember that the infusion will be warm and can burn. Make sure you wait until it is cool enough as it can scald your throat and make your condition even worse.
Gargle for 15 minutes, while the sage water is warm. If this has not helped your sore throat, repeat the process after several hours until your sore throat has disappeared.
