At home you can improve your lung capacity in a simple way: blowing up a balloon. Repeat this process five times to start and, week after week, you'll notice a remarkable improvement.

Having suffered for heart failure for ten years now fluid in the lungs is no joke, it can get a bit better then flare up badly again leaving you unable to sleep or even lie on your back without choking. you are limited to fluid intake though this on its own can lead to kidney and other problems like not cleaning out system urine infections for example a no win situation.
