People with stomach dilation feel a heaviness in their stomach that can turn into severe stomach pain. It can also be accompanied by vomiting, which comes with the expulsion of liquid. The person will have dry lips and mouth, making them very thirsty. It can also be accompanied by low blood pressure, which leads to dizziness.
