Clearing the mind is a widely practiced exercise in yoga sessions. Highly recommended for health and general welfare. It is difficult, and you won't manage on the first try. Constancy and time are needed. With practice, you'll be able to clear the mind easily and without great efforts.

A key aspect is to successfully clear your mind of all thoughts is to find a quiet place where there is no noise and in which no one can interrupt you. You must also have a comfortable surface to lie down and stay there as long as you need. Preferably, choosing a place that is close to nature and the environment will also be of great help.

Wear comfortable clothes, if you can wear white , the most neutral color. It is clean and that only this function destinies, to practice relaxation. Take your clothes off that you were wearing before and put these new clothes on.

When you're relaxed and you start to feel the strength of your breathing slows until you no longer feel it, think of something white. Formless, figure, straight white color. Do not think about anything but that, concentrate.

Stay as long as possible while your body feels comfortable. At the time when the body needs to return to reality, bring it slowly. Start moving your feet, hands, legs, neck, and finally sit up very slowly.
