my wife woke up and went to the toilet, she came back to the bed room and fell to the floor, i helped her to bed, she was wet from sweat but very cold, i took her temp. it was 33.1c, i dried her off covered her and turned off the fan. after 10 minutes her temp is now 36.1, it went up a little every 4 minutes. she is 27 years old and 43k in weight.

It sound like her tension went down momentarily, But if she's back to 36 she's fine. She may have low blood pressure or diabetes, to know for sure, it's best she visits a doctor so he or she can give her the appropriate tests and find out the cause.
