  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Non-refined sugar, honey or any sweetener
  • One cinnamon stick


  1. Take oats in a bowl and add a cinnamon stick to it
  2. Pour water in the bowl and let it soak for half an hour. The oats will absorb the water, and become spongy
  3. Pour moist oats in a blender, add evaporated milk and vanilla extract into it, and process to make a thick liquid. You can make the oatmeal water without adding milk as well. Milk is added for flavor, but if you are drinking oatmeal water for losing weight or cleansing your body, then it is recommended to skip adding milk.

  5. Add sugar to the liquid remaining in the bowl
