When you have high lymphocytes it means that the body has taken out its defense mechanism and is letting you know that you may be battling an infection, autoimmune disease or cancer of the lymphatic system. If you want to lower high lymphocytes you have to take measures to help strengthen your immune system.

If you are able to go outside you may also benefit from getting some natural vitamin D from sunlight. Many people are deficient in vitamin D and are missing out on the incredible health benefits it brings. Vitamin D is essential for bone health and it is associated with a lower chance of heart disease, lower risk of autoimmune disorders and lower rates of depression.

Finally, you must give your body some rest and make sure that you are sleeping enough. One of the reasons why we catch infections is because stress tends to compromise the immune system. Sleep is often the first thing placed in the back burner and one that needs more attention.

It is recommended that adults sleep at least 8 hours per night. Sleep deprivation starts to compromise the immune system by affecting many other normal bodily processes. If you are finding it hard to sleep you may benefit from taking a magnesium supplement.
