Thank you very much...Very informative. I can relate to most or if not all these problems due to lack of magnesium. Since ive started taking mag supplements...the feel-good mood is contiuos throughout the day. Am now enjoying watching movies :-) Also I am now able to sleep at night. Thanks again.
