What to avoid if you have stomach cramps

There are some foods that should be avoided if you have stomach cramps as they will exasperate the problem. Similarly to what we mentioned earlier, we are looking to avoid food that is complex or has been modified in any way, as these kind of foods will be harder for our stomach to process than other simple and natural food. Examples of foods to be avoided include:

  • Stimulating beverages like coffee, tea or alcohol.
  • Carbonated drinks such as soft drinks, as they increase gas.
  • High-fat foods like chips, sausages or butter, as they will worsen the problem.
  • High-fat meats.
  • Heavy legumes such as chickpeas, beans or beans.
  • Full-fat dairy products, or dairy entirely if you are intolerant to lactose.

As you can see, all this food, has either being processed or is high in fat, which is why try to avoid it, as our stomach will find it much harder to digest. We can see however that some of these foods we would also try to avoid on a day to day basis anyway, if we were trying to keep the heart healthy and fit.

I'm on disability for chronic ibs and colitis,it has ruined my life.I had this for almost 2 decades,I'm so tired.Nothing worse than being in your 40's and wearing diapers.I have both, and never no when I'm going to go and don't know which is worse. When it gets really bad,I wish for death.Years ago I convinced myself that if i didn't eat but 2 saltine crackers a day,i wouldn't go to the bathroom and i was right. To good to be true i dropped to 88lbs and was very unhealthy,i weigh 110 now but back in diapers and living my dream life,2 days ago my stomach swelled up and I looked 5 months pregnant and in so much pain,DR advice was to take 2 collace and make sure I go to the bathroom before i get today or i would not be able to make my flight to visit family.had to take more than that.Such torcher one has to endure to try and enjoy something, but I made it.Now just hope i can enjoy my little visit and make my flight back.Doesn't matter what i try i end up wishing for a happy ending. I'll try this and let you know
