Memory boosting juice using fat-free yogurt, bananas, oranges and almonds

Low-fat dairy products are a great source of potassium, so they are ideal for performing memory juices. In this sense, if you don't want to prepare this smoothie with yogurt because you'd rather make it more liquid, you can replace it with skimmed milk. The same is true with bananas, which contain high levels of potassium and are rich in phosphorus, magnesium and B vitamins. They stimulate brain functions including memory capacity. To prepare the juice, you'll need:

  • 1 fat-free yogurt (or 1/2 cup of skimmed milk)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 15 almonds
  • 1 orange

Peel and chop the banana, then squeeze the orange to extract the juice and place everything into the blender. Peel the almonds and add them to yogurt or milk and blend it all at high speed. If you wish, you can sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

Memory boosting juice using strawberries and oats

Cereals are some of the most recommended for improving memory due to their content of folic acid and vitamin B6, both of which are essential for keeping our brains healthy and promote stimulation. Oats are particularly noteworthy, due to them being a great source of energy. To make this memory juice, it is very easy, you just need to get the following ingredients:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk

Remember that non-fat dairy also stimulates the memory, so we can include these to increase the juice's benefits and make it more liquid. If you have time, it is best to cover the oats completely with water and leave them to soak overnight, but otherwise, leave them for two hours. Then, remove the leaves from the strawberries, wash and place them in the blender jug. Strain the oats, discard the water, and put the flakes in with the strawberries and milk. Blend it all and add, if desired, a tablespoon of honey.
