The first step you'll need to take in order to whiten your teeth is to purchase activated charcoal capsules. You'll be able to find these in many health food shops, pharmacies or through the Internet.

Carefully open an activated charcoal capsule or pill, and put its contents into your mouth. Wrap the empty case of the capsule in a tissue paper, and throw it in the trash. It is better to re-close the empty capsule shell before throwing it away. Don’t just throw the empty shell in the dust bin, as even a minor bit of the charcoal powder can stain your entire bin.

Rinse the toothbrush in a running faucet, and keep it aside.

4

You have to keep the charcoal in your mouth for a few minutes, during which you can take your shower, wash your hair, or do any other activity that you want.

5

After these minutes have passed, you can spit out the charcoal directly in a drain. Do not spit in a basin, as it may blacken and stain it, especially if it is ceramic.

6

Open your mouth and rinse it directly in the running water, preferably from the shower head. Keep rinsing and spitting out, until your mouth becomes completely clear of the charcoal.

7

Last but not least, brush your teeth with your regular toothbrush, and rinse off.
