How to treat tachycardia

How to treat tachycardia

Tachycardia is an increase of the heartbeat frequency. For example, we're talking about tachycardia when your pulse is over 85 beats per second.

The only symptom is the increase of pulses, many times at a disordered rhythm.

There are many people in our society that suffer tachycardia, that's why we'd like to explain how to treat it.

You'll need:
  • Compresses.
  • Shower or bath.
  • Chamomile.
  • Valerian.
  • Water.
  • Cup.
  • Sieve.
Steps to follow:
1

Even though it may be something ephemeral, when repetitions are more or less tachycardia frequent, you must apply compresses on your heart area. Compresses have to be placed with a damp cloth, dampened in warm water in winter and cold water in summer.

2

If the tachycardia frequency is high, you need to apply hot trunk baths for 10 minutes maximum.

3

As a measure of prevention, if the person is prone to increasing heartbeats during the day or night, he/she needs to take a chamomile or valerian tea.

4

The infusion has to be made with a handful of leaves in each cup of boiling water and leave it to rest for 5 minutes. Later you'll have to sieve it and it will be ready to take. You have to drink a cup after lunch and another before going to bed.
