Pineapple and parsley cleansing juice

To make the juice you need:

  • Two slices of fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup of parsley

Mix everything in a blender or food processor, add water if needed and preferably drink fresh. This juice should not be ingested during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
