Foods rich in vitamin D

Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for correct calcium absorption. This nutrient can be produced by our body by spending 15 minutesin the sun each day, preferably before 11am and after 4pm, avoiding peak hours of sun exposure. • Oily fish such as tuna, salmon or sardines.
  • Egg
  • Seafood such as prawns, shrimp or oysters.
