Nickel is a chemical that we can find in many food nowadays, especially in tin and canned food. In recent times, many people have started to develop nickel allergies. In fact, nickel is one of the main causes for metal allergies, as they can trigger dermatitis and eczema. Thus, these people need to avoid foods that contain nickel. Moreover, a recent study performed on people with a nickel allergy has also concluded a high-nickel diet also increases weight.
