Condensed skimmed milk with sugar has an iodine contribution of 89 mg per 100 grams of product. Follow-on milk powder formula: For every 100 grams consumed of this food, our body can extract up to 79 mg.

By consuming cheese you also contribute iodine to your body, 100 grams provides our body with 74 mg of iodine. Cheddar cheese: For every 100 grams consumed of this food our body will receive 39 mg of iodine. Cheese portions: This food provides our bodies 38 mg. of iodine per 100 grams. Manchego cheese in oil: For every 100 grams consumed of this food our body will receive 34 mg of iodine. Manchego cheese semi-cured: 34 mg. iodine. Fresh manchego cheese 34 mg.

Foods rich in iodine: Cereals

Some cereals such as rice, wheat and rye are rich in iodine. For example, in the case of corn flour: In 100 grams of this food we can find 80 mg. iodine.
